Course Terms

The terms that apply to course access, inclusions, learning materials, course changes, participant conduct and certificates on CC Courses.

1. About these Course Terms

These Website Terms apply when you access or use CC Courses. By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully, respectfully and only for its intended purpose. The information on this website is provided for general information and service-description purposes. Specific terms may also apply to purchases, subscriptions, events, courses, memberships, software, resources, consulting engagements or directory listings.

These Course Terms set out the specific conditions that apply to short courses browsed, requested or purchased through CC Courses. CC Courses is part of Career Calling International Pty Ltd (ABN 53 162 651 238) and the wider CAQA Groups family of brands. By enquiring about, enrolling in or completing a course through this website, you agree to these Course Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Fees and Refunds policy, Cancellation Policy and Certificate Disclaimer.

2. Who we serve

CC Courses is designed for individual professionals building practical skills, for teams and their managers who need consistent capability development, and for organisations that want curated, finishable learning through seat licences, bundles and onboarding cohorts. You may use this website whether you are researching options for yourself, comparing courses for your team, or arranging licences on behalf of your organisation.

3. What this website offers

CC Courses provides a curated catalogue of professional short courses across categories including business and management, digital and data skills, customer service and sales, compliance and safety essentials, and care and community skills, together with team licences, curated bundles, completion dashboards and pathway guidance towards deeper programs. Course enquiries and enrolments are arranged through our contact page, by phone or by email, and are confirmed in writing before any fee becomes payable.

4. Course access

Access details are issued once your enrolment or seat licence is confirmed. Access is personal to the named participant or to the licensed seat and must not be shared, resold or transferred except as allowed under a team licence arrangement. You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the enrolment details you provide. Each course states its access period at the time of enrolment. We aim to keep courses available at all reasonable times, but short interruptions may occur for maintenance, upgrades or circumstances outside our control.

5. Inclusions and learning materials

Each course page or written confirmation states what is included, such as lessons, activities, assessments, downloadable materials and a completion certificate where applicable. Learning materials are protected by copyright and are provided for your personal study, or for use within the organisation named on a team licence. You must not copy, publish, redistribute, upload to third-party libraries or on-sell course materials, or remove any copyright or attribution notices, without our written permission.

6. Course changes

Our catalogue is curated and reviewed on an ongoing basis. We may update lesson content, refresh assessments, substitute presenters or platforms, re-shelve categories or retire a course. If a change materially affects a course you are actively enrolled in, we will offer you a reasonable option such as continued access to complete the existing version, transfer to a comparable course, or a remedy under our Fees and Refunds policy.

7. Participant conduct

Participants must behave lawfully and respectfully in all course environments, including any discussion, feedback or support channels. You must submit your own work in assessments, must not share answers or certificates for use by others, and must not interfere with the operation or security of the website or any learning platform. We may suspend or withdraw access, without refund where the conduct is serious, if these requirements are breached.

8. Certificates

Participants who complete the required lessons and assessments of a course receive a certificate of completion in the name provided at enrolment. Certificates confirm completion of a professional short course; they are not nationally recognised qualifications or statements of attainment. Please read our Certificate Disclaimer before relying on a certificate for any employment, licensing or study purpose.

9. Fees, refunds and cancellations

Course fees may be charged per course, per bundle or per seat under a team licence, and are confirmed in writing before you commit. Payment is made by the method stated in your enrolment confirmation or invoice. Refunds, credits, transfers and cancellation rules are set out in our Fees and Refunds policy and Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these Course Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Limits of advice

Course content and catalogue descriptions are general professional education. They are not legal, financial, taxation, medical, migration or other professional advice for your specific circumstances, and pathway suggestions do not guarantee admission into any qualification, program or occupation. Where a course touches on regulated topics, you remain responsible for confirming the current requirements that apply to you or your organisation.

11. Your information

Through this website we collect enquiry details, enrolment and licence records, course progress and completion data, certificate records and payment records. Our Privacy Policy explains how this information is collected, held, used and disclosed by Career Calling International Pty Ltd.
